Hall Bookings

 Contact: for ALL hall enquiries. We are fairly prompt at responding so please check your SPAM mail if you have not got an email from us. Please note that due to coffee shop on Saturdays and services on Sundays our halls are only available from 1pm at the weekend. We DO NOT cater for adult / evening parties.

All 3 halls have kitchen and toilet facilities. Lower Hall: 13.3m x 7.8m, 2.8m high for up to 50 people with tables (60-70 just chairs). Upper Hall: up to 50 people - NO disabled access. Swain Vestry: 6.6m x 6.1m up to 30 people, carpeted so more suitable for meetings.

Our church space is available for conferences and concerts. Cost to be negotiated on enquiring.

 For regular hire the charge is £15 per hour. We regard the times asked for as INCLUDING setting up and packing away.              

Parties (for children and Christening) £20 a hour, set up and clear up times need to be included in the times asked for.   

 Parties require a £50.00 refundable deposit at the time of booking, towards damage and breakages. This will be repaid within a fortnight after the event provided the hall is left in an acceptable condition. The hall hire fee is required AT LEAST a week before the hire date.
